The model

Every line, and what it does

Management projections as at 6 August 2026. The hotel buyout runs as its own P&L because it funds itself.

Cash timing

The real problem

The business is profitable. The venue, the campaign and the retainers are simply paid before a single table is.

Week one out, against no contracted inflow€30,548
Lowest cash point, with the raise€40,249
Lowest cash point, without it(€3,751)

From week two onward, table deposits, hotel packages and sponsorship instalments carry the business through to the event and beyond.

Any line, any question

Every figure comes off one model and I'll walk anyone through it.
